Craig Reines

Craig is an accomplished senior customer experience executive who has lived and worked in 35 countries on six continents. He is recognized internationally as an innovator and an “out-of-the-box” thinker in the Customer Management industry, building customer-centric cultures and crafting business process systems that reduce cost, expand revenue and improve customer satisfaction.

Craig returned to the Philippines in May 2015 as Chief Operating Officer to help lead Sitel ’s rapid expansion in the Asia Pacific region.

Before Sitel, he worked with CallMiner where he was VP for Corporate Strategy and Development.

He has held leadership positions with Vodafone as Chief Customer Officer, Everyone Counts as Chief Operating Officer and Clearwire as SVP-Care and Head of Customer Experience.

Craig also held a variety of executive roles with TeleTech Holdings over 14 years; managing the company’s business expansion in the Americas, Asia Pacific, Africa and Europe regions. He was heavily involved in the early development of the Philippines BPO industry where he led TeleTech’s growth from 150 employees in 1 location in 2002 to over 12,000 employees in 8 locations in 2006 before moving to Africa in 2007.

A true proponent of rural and countryside development, Craig’s business model and growth strategy has worked well for Sitel which in a span of 18 months has expanded into three provincial sites (Tarlac, Baguio and Puerto Princesa) which has translated to over3,000 new jobs bringing Sitel’s total employment to 23,000 across the country.

Craig holds a BA in Psychology from the University of Arizona.
