Deborah Lawrence

Deborah oversees Customer Care Performance Analytics, Performance Management, Service to Sales, and Training Education.  Deborah joined Cox in 1998 and served as the California Call Center VP for 14 years prior to taking an Atlanta role.  Deborah has 20 years telecommunications experience and fifteen years of sales and marketing experience prior to coming to Cox.

Deborah lives in San Diego, CA with her husband and close to her 3 adult children.  She enjoys being active outdoors – hiking, beach workouts, and long walks with her dogs.
