Drawing on his Product Leadership roles earlier in his career at Intuit, Don Deliz joined Intuit’s Customer Care team in 2014 to help lead the transformation of TurboTax’s call center from a more traditional operation into an integral part of their digital customer experience. In addition to this work, Don currently leads TurboTax’s Tax Services group delivering tax expertise to their customers utilizing a highly seasonal and 100% work from home workforce. Don also helps facilitate Intuit’s relationships with their outsourced agent partners.
Don started his career at General Motors, leveraging his engineering background to design and manage the delivery of automotive components and launching complex projects that involved extensive work in Asia and Europe. After receiving his MBA from the University of Michigan Ross School of Business, Don led a variety of partner management and business development functions at Hewlett-Packard. He also led an HP development group comprised of electrical, software, and mechanical engineers to deliver a variety of consumer electronic devices. After a transition to Intuit, Don was one of the founding leaders of a team that built a significant new business for Intuit in the Prepaid Debit Card space, bringing four card programs to market and gaining significant expertise in the payments sector.
Don currently resides in San Diego, where he counts road biking, playing the piano, and spending time with his nine-year-old daughter as his primary interests.
