Wayne White

Wayne is Vice President of Consumer Services at UHG.  In this position, Wayne manages a portfolio of eight BPO partners across 36 domestic and global outsourced centers, performing inbound, outbound, translation, and back office services.  Wayne is responsible for the operational performance as well as the RFP, contracting, and procurement of partners while driving an organizational strategy that is focused on fundamentally changing the way service is delivered in the industry.

Wayne joined UHG in 2007 and has held leadership roles in multiple areas such as implementation, strategy, and business technology, including leading the program to design and develop the current contact center BPM/CRM tool.  Prior to joining UHG, Wayne worked for Compaq, HP, and also held roles with Sitel Corporation.  Wayne’s education includes a Bachelor of Arts degree from Memorial University of Newfoundland, Graduate diploma in Applied Information Technology, and the Wharton Executive Development Program.
