As Chief Client Officer, for Sitel Group, Mike Small leads the Americas Account Management team and governs the relationships with the group’s Americas’ clients including AT&T, USAA, Comcast, Capital One, Cox Communications, among others. By partnering with the group’s COOs and Account Managers, Mike executes strategies to retain and maximize growth with our clients serviced in North America, Latin America and the Philippines. Additionally, he develops strategic relationships with clients which includes adding value through the group’s ventures.
Prior to Sitel Group, Mike managed all global sales and marketing activities to increase revenues in China, North America and the Philippines at VXI Global Solutions. Prior to this, Mike was the Global Sales Officer for Capgemini Business Services, a Paris-based company. During his BPO Division tenure, he empowered a global team of sales/account professionals to achieve individual and business growth objectives while cultivating relationships with clients, advisors, analysts and industry influencers. In addition, he led cross-portfolio solution development with Capgemini application and infrastructure services to deliver BPO-as-a-stack solutions for clients.
Mike is an award-winning services executive who brings nearly 20 years of proven success in leading and advancing high-quality teams in BPO and ITO for Fortune 500 companies. He was the BPO Sales Director for HP Enterprise Services, responsible for leading HP’s sales efforts in the US and Canada. Mike also held leadership positions with MphasiS, an HP company, in Bangalore India, and he spent a decade at IBM in multiple leadership roles.
Mike is a graduate of the University of Toronto in Business and completed his MBA in Corporate Finance from Queen’s School of Business. He holds certifications in Project Management from York University and Portfolio Management from the University of Ontario and earned his PMP designation from PMI. Mike is based at the Sitel Group world headquarters in Miami Florida.
