Rosemary Bennett

Rosemary is Senior Vice President, Strategic Accounts for Sitel and has held executive management roles with telecom industry-leaders AT&T and Ericsson. She joined Sitel from Dialog Direct as SVP Sales, responsible for the BPO’s revenue growth with existing and new clients.  She began her career at AT&T where she was Sales Vice President and General Manager for Global Accounts across the Southwest. She also led Acquisition and Emerging Services initiatives across the Southwest Region. During her two-decade career with AT&T, she held additional roles within Product Management, Network Operations, Customer Service and Quality Improvement.  Rosemary enhanced her general management experience at Ericsson, Inc. as VP & GM for the Enterprise North America business segment.

Rosemary holds an MBA from Wharton and has partaken in leadership curricula at Columbia, Kellogg, and Harvard Business Schools.  She is a passionate and active advocate of the performing arts having served 14 years on the Dallas Symphony Board and 3 years on the TACA Board of Directors. She resides in Dallas, TX with her husband David and their 75-pound lap-dog, Winston.
