Subhendu Mandal

Subhendu is the Global Head of Sitel Insights, the Analytics offering from Sitel. He has been instrumental in setting up this venture with the sponsorship of Arnaud de Lacoste and together set up the roadmap for digital transformation for the organization. Sitel Insights is very focused on delivering insights by leveraging structured and unstructured data available from information assets relevant to the contact center industry. As part of the journey we have tailored products and services to unlock value and address specific needs of our clients with an overarching objective of ensuring adoption and consumption of these insights across the organization.

Prior to this role, he was the Global Head of Continuous Improvement & Process Excellence for Sitel. He joined Sitel in 2011 as the Continuous Improvement Leader for the APAC organization and was also entrusted with setting up a global shared services organization that could serve our functional operations across the globe.

Subhendu has held a number of leadership positions across companies of repute like GECIS, WNS and Prudential UK as well as Capita India over the last 15 years both in an operational capacity as well as transformation oriented roles designed to optimize and redefine the way organizations operate across the industry today.

Subhendu has over 17 years of experience in the BPO industry and has held a number of leadership roles in organizations spanning the globe. He is an engineer from IIT Kharagpur and is also a Management Graduate from IIM Ahmedabad, a premier Institute located in India.
